রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন পলিসি
১। রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে নিম্নোক্ত শর্তে:
পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল আইটেম, বা ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত
পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে
পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অধৌত, এবং ট্যাগ সহ মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে
২। রিটার্ন অযোগ্য পণ্য
নিম্নোক্ত অবস্থায় রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:
আপনি মত পরিবর্তন করেছেন
পণ্য ব্যবহৃত বা ধোয়া হয়েছে
ডিসকাউন্টে কেনা পণ্য (ত্রুটি ছাড়া)
৩। রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি
রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে:
রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এর মাধ্যমে, ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে
আপনি চাইলে স্টোর ক্রেডিট বা পণ্য পরিবর্তন নিতে পারেন
৪। রিটার্নের প্রক্রিয়া
রিটার্ন শুরু করতে:
১। আমাদের WhatsApp বা ইমেইলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করুন
২। অর্ডার নম্বর, পণ্যের ছবি এবং কারণ দিন
৩। আমরা রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া গাইড করবো
৪। শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে, যদি না আমাদের ভুল হয়
৫। এক্সচেঞ্জ/পণ্য পরিবর্তন
সাইজ বা কালার পরিবর্তনের প্রয়োজন হলে, স্টক থাকলে আমরা চেষ্টা করব। এক্ষেত্রে শিপিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is defective, wrong item, or damaged during delivery
You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
You changed your mind after receiving the product
The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Discounted/sale items (unless defective)
3. Refund Method
If your return is approved:
Refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer within 7 working days
You may also opt for store credit or product replacement
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days
Provide order number, photo of product, and reason
We will guide you through the return process
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side
5. Exchange Option
If you need a different size or color, we’ll do our best to arrange it based on availability. Shipping costs may apply.
